Homynex is a whole-home smart system supplied by SmartSync Electric, sold in the US as a one-time purchase with no monthly fee. It brings eleven integrated systems — entry, lighting, climate, security, audio and energy — into one app, installed by a licensed local electrician and quoted as one whole-home package per home. Homynex serves homeowners, builders, electricians and designers across Utah's Wasatch Front — Lehi, Provo, Salt Lake City and St. George. Unlike subscription systems such as Vivint, Homynex is owned outright with no contract or monitoring bill.

That one-supplier model is the point. It keeps the eleven systems designed to work together, keeps accountability in one place, and lets a local electrician install a coherent package instead of stitching together gadgets that were never meant to share an app.
